6515-01-341-9328 A Y-shaped item which can be used to quickly convert from a single aortic root cannula to coronary cannulae when the aortic valve is determined to be incompetent. It is designed also to be used to perfuse a graft when used with vessel cannulae, and as a convenient antegrade-retrograde cardioplegia adapter.
