4910-01-390-3446 A device used to apply pressure about the tread circumference of a tubeless pneumatic tire, causing the tire beads to expand against the wheel rim to form an airtight seal. It consists of either an air, hydraulic, screw, or friction force contracted band, or of a confined, inflatable, circular tube, inside which the tire is placed for application of pressure.
