It may have flat parallel faces, or a crowned top and a flat base. It may be fitted with a BAND, PILE AND CUSHION BLOCK. It is used to cushion the blow between drop hammer or hammer anvil and drive cap in pile driving operations. Excludes BLOCK, FILLER, WOOD.
