2840-01-167-1003 A compliment of several eyelet or flap type items that form a duct like end on an ENGINE, GAS TURBINE, AIRCRAFT. The eyelets are moved by hydraulic actuators to cause the opening to become larger or smaller. The changing of the opening size controls the thrust and temperature of the engine. This item is only used on engines with an AFTERBURNER, TURBINE ENGINE attached.
